Kris Kitto is the Founder and Director of Grow SMSF, with more than 20 years specialising in self-managed super funds. Kris is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), a Registered Tax Agent (Tax Practitioners Board #25334002), and an accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA) with the SMSF Association – where his 15+ years of continuous specialist membership has seen him recognised as a Fellow (FSSA). Before founding Grow SMSF, Kris worked as an SMSF accountant and specialist advisor at Superfund Partners and Intello. He has contributed to industry consultation with the ATO and APRA on SuperStream Rollovers v3 to improve how SMSFs interact with the broader super system, and is regularly sought out as an SMSF expert by national media including the Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, SMSF Adviser and SMS Magazine.

I started Grow SMSF because I felt compelled to share the knowledge I’ve obtained over more than twenty years of working with SMSF trustees.
I’m passionate about putting SMSFs within reach for more people.
Self-managed super is no longer the domain of the wealthy and mature cohort. The strongest growing sector is people aged 35-44. Grow’s average customer age is 43.
I’m a Chartered Accountant, SMSF Specialist Advisor, and Registered Tax Agent. Due to over 15 years of continuous specialist membership, I’ve been recognised as a Fellow of the SMSF Association.
I have over 20 year experience working with SMSF trustees, Many of my team also have well over 10 years of specialist SMSF experience.
My team and I are not licensed to provide personal financial advice, but we can refer you to someone who is appropriate when such advice is needed.
Our expertise is SMSF compliance and tax. We know the SMSF laws and regulations and ensure our clients stay on the right side of them.

My name is Kris Kitto and I am the Founder of Grow SMSF. I have more than 20 years experience working with SMSF trustees and their advisers to provide SMSF accounting and administration services. I am an accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor with the Self Managed Super Funds Association as well as being a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax agent. I have a Bachelor of Business degree from Griffith University with majors in Accounting and Business Management. I’ve been part of the growth of two SMSF businesses over the last 10 years: Superfund Partners and Intello. Intello was originally known as Superfund Wholesale and re-branded to Intello in 2017. Intello also absorbed the Superfund Partners business in May 2020. I’m recognised as a Fellow of the SMSF Association (FSSA) for more than 15 years of continuous specialist membership, am a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (#25334002), and have contributed to industry consultation with the ATO and APRA on SuperStream Rollovers v3.
